Der Paketdienst hat mir missfallen. Stellen das Paket einfach im regen ab, anstatt kurz die Tür aufzumachen. Und das Paket ins Treppenhaus zu stellen. 👎

I was happy to spend between £250 - £350 on a good product to replace my worn out Sony CD system. I was very annoyed that I couldn't find one of the branded units with radio preset buttons and the headphone socket on the front for easy and regular access. Why? What's wrong with these companies, why would any manufacturer put the headphone socket in the back where it can't be accessed? ...rant over :))I was delighted to find this product, but nervous about the brand and the quality. However, I needen't have worried as the sound is excellent and I'm very happy with it. The only minor downside is that being a cheaper unit, the quality of the casing isn't as good as I would have liked, but I can live with that as it does everything I need it to do perfectly. It's also a bit larger than the branded units.Further, I was very concerned about buying from a 'small business' as my past experience has not been good when needing to return faulty items. In summary, the first unit didn't play all my CD formats so I contacted the seller. They immediately arranged for a new unit to be delivered and the old one collected at thier expense. They were very polite and answered both emails and telephone calls in good time. I was very impressed with their customer service too.
