Very good, has been very reliable so far. Nice to see spikes in air quality. Waiting for the winter when people start lighting the log burners!

Terminal set as per product details. I've tried different Baud rates, re-booting the module. Still the same off characters once per second. I'll have to put a digital scope on the Tx line to see what it can analyse. But straight out of the box it's useless.

A reliable sensor for PM2.5 and PM10 with a USB stick that has an interface to just plug it in the Raspberry. It is very sensitive and able to detect the dust particles from carpets when people walk by or detect peaks of smoke caused by neighbours burning garbage. It's also reliable - I let it running for several days without powering off and it just works. It is a bit audible due to its fan but can be stiffened.
