I really like this cake pan. I would like it better if it didn't have any "bundt" indentations. They really don't make the cake any fancier and are a pain to fully butter/flour. BTW this is a pan you definitely want to grease and flour before adding the batter. That being said this pan produces a great cake; it is my go to cake tube pan.

I have always sworn by Nordicware bakeware, but this Simax glass cake form is my new love.Trying to cook and store in glass these days for health reasons, I read about these pans on a healthy baking site.The best pan I have ever used (I bought this smaller one and it was perfect for a Jewish Apple Cake). The cake baked beautifully, nice crumb crust and moist interior. Came out of the pan like a dream and cleaned up easily.I am buying the other size and the quiche pan!Great product.

my 1st simax bakeware is 3.5 qt., round w/ lidlove it so much bought 2, definitely beyond 5 starsgiving this 4 stars as for me (subjective) feeling bit fragileperhaps as it doesn't having handle (like many does, understood)aside the fact we end up bought 2;1 for baking the other one for jelly/agar/puddingsimax is the answer for baking ,, worry free of lead, toxic etc.as my family's health is priority.borosilicate glass is the answer ,, highly recommended ,,

Why did not I find this glass cake form sooner, could have save lots of "hand washing and scrubbing", and consuming bits and peaces of Teflon in a long run. I have put this glass form to the dishwasher and it came out clean, the baked goods are testy and evenly baked, however I have to admit, one needs to be careful, it is still a glass.
