If you're interested in "Design Thinking", Brown's book is the best on the market. Having read thrity or so, there are others that are deeper and (perhaps) more sophisticated, but Brown leaves the theory behind and presents practical, usable frameworks for immediate application. Like I said, it's simply the best on the market.

It has good parts, but overall its to verbose on the rather basic concepts. Its full of examples of the authors company that feel more like an advertisement for it.

I haven’t reading it yet. The new transformation concept presented in the book is good and in line with my belief too, but hard to implement in real life, as most business management won’t support it. Anyways, it’s very easy to read.

In my opinion, a very tedious book to read. And the amount of insights the book has doesn't add up in my opinion. Every good design in the history of mankind is design thinking while everything else is not design thinking - is what I got out from the book. Even the old romans while constructing their clever bridges did apply unknowingly design thinking.I don't see why someone would need such a book.

Other than internet-based video courses, it is that which is the core & I believe this is how designers should actually build their mindset
