The pc died 3 days after the product support case closed, my graphics card what’s a 3080 12gb supreme just died and doesn’t load up, I’ve had it a couple years now but a card like that shouldn’t just die from hardly any use! Very disappointing

Under no circumstances would I buy another of this companies products, weeks and weeks of issues and quality problems, having sent the computer back to them twice as well exchanging out RAM which they sent me. Unbelievable how bad this companies quality control is!! Windows not booting, blue screen issues and massive freezing issues. Please go somewhere else.

Ordered this pc for my son , after setting it up we would get bluescreen then it would shut down , speaking to customer service via email was quick and easy , quick turnaround for repair aswell (5 days) , RAM was faulty so it was replaced quickly and sent bk , despite the initial issues this pc is a beast for anyone looking to play up to date games on.

Unbelievable PC at a really reasonable price. I purchased the Ryzen 9, 3080, 32GB RAM build and it’s fantastic.Incredible performance on the games I play - mainly Overwatch and Destiny 2 - which run at a high frame rate on ultra settings.Has 3 RGB fans on the front, one on the back and 3 on the GPU but is actually really quiet. Also really like the Corsair 4000D tower - it’s pretty big but looks awesome with the fans and the tempered glass to see inside.Tech support were very helpful and friendly when I phoned to ask about the warranty.Was lucky to get this via Prime delivery when they were in stock so arrived the next day, when lots of other sites were waiting on delivery of graphics cards.Overall, would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of buying Cyberpower UK, either through Amazon or direct.
