No collar tabs were included in the package which is frustrating.I had ordered an XL the first time but it was quite big on me. I kept it because I needed it at the time. Then I ordered this one in Large and it was quite a bit smaller than the XL, probably closer to a Medium fit, including being a bit short in length. It is OK and I will keep it but the difference in sizing from XL to L was pretty significant, including length.The fabric is nice and washes well, but... it does catch on surfaces which are not perfectly smooth. Don't stand too close to the pulpit, etc. to avoid pulls and such.

The part of the collar that's supposed to be white, as shown in the product listing, is actually black in the product I received. This makes it not look like a priest shirt at all.
