I ordered the aftermarket hood and the hood from Canon. To my surprise Canon hood arrived in a white box without any markings. From the start the hood had some issue with the installation - $29.00. The after market hood arrived in the great box with all proper markings by the manufacturing. No issues with the installation on the lens. The plastic is of high quality. - $8.9
