Ich habe ein Induktionsherd und kann nun mit der Platte auch "normale" Töpfe darauf benutzen.Die Platte wird sehr schnell heiß was von Vorteil aber auch von Nachteil ist, da diese auch sehr lange heiß bleibt.Mit dem mitgelieferten Griff kann man die Platte sehr gut aufnehmen und vom Kochfeld entfernen.Ich finde die Platte gut, da man hier nicht unbedingt neue Töpfe kaufen muss bei einer Anschaffung von einem Induktionsfeld

I have a portable induction burner that I use. Whenever I lift my pots/pans off, it starts to beep and will eventually shut off. With this induction plate, this no longer happens. I do like that but according to the instructions of this plate, it says to not use without anything on it. So this is not good for my use situation then. I believe this will cause overheating on the burner. I do not have a gas burner, but I believe that this will not be an issue there.I do notice that it does slightly a little longer to heat up my pots & pans. The included handle is also good and have not had any issues with removing the plate with this. It's easy to pick up. Overall, good product.

I am in the process of getting an induction range to replace my traditional electric range (the oven is broken), but then I have many pots and pans that are not compatible with the induction cooktops. I’ve already got a 11 inch plate, so with this 7.9 inch plate, both the small and the large cooktops are covered.The adapter plate is made of thick and sturdy stainless steel. However, there are 3 small ridges on the plate that may be for stability purposes, but not quite good for induction tops (leave a small gap between the cooktop and the plate). So in order to have better contact with the induction cooktop, I have to flip the plate, and make sure the flat side is downward in contact with the cooktop. This works nicely since I’ve already tested it on my portable induction stove.The handle can pick up the plate easily but always be careful when the plate is hot, so I always use the handle together with a mitten for extra protection.Overall a quite practical and functional induction adapter and quite a cost-effective solution when you have many non-induction cookwares.

Hat erst einmal sie erwartete Solidität, Verarbeitung erfüllt; betreffend Wirksamkeit müssen noch ausgiebigere Erfahrungen gesammelt werden.
