Great camera quality and the tracking works well. My only complaint is that the bokeh feature does not work on my system, but that’s a limitation of my GPU, so not the camera’s fault.

This camera is very good and the YouTube reviews are on point, but……but, compared to an iPhone12 I’ve been using as a webcam—in low light, the Insta360 can’t match the iPhone 12. And I would guesstimate any iPhone model later than a 12 would as well, as the iPhone cameras only get better with each iteration.Don’t get me wrong, the Insta360 Link 2 is heads and shoulders above the iPhone12 when lit properly, but if you stream or meet virtually without any kind of fancy YouTube streamer’s setup and studio-esque lighting, a used iPhone12 using the Apple Continuity Camera feature might be a better buy.I’m keeping the Insta360 Link 2 of course for instances when I do proper lighting. Also the gimbal/PTZ function is good to have.

Great webcam. The quality is great and it’s easy to use. I’d recommend this to anyone.

The software doesn’t work on MacOS—PTZ controls and "privacy mode" are broken or missing. The light stays red, and it’s unusable on Zoom or Teams despite updates. While the hardware feels solid, it’s useless without functional software. Nothing works as advertised. Sadly, I’m returning it.
