I ordered this for my daughters birthday in advance so we are out of the 30 days return. When my daughter opened this game it was an empty box and the game is missing. I am unable to get any help to reciting this and I am very angry that I cannot now return this product as I have paid for something that I am unable to use. My daughter was also very upset as loves just dance and cannot use this as only get empty packaging! What an awful birthday present for my daughter!!!!!!

So brand new still sealed open the box put the code in to find it’s already been used wtf not happy

Why are we still restricting to regions? It doesn’t work for the many people who work/live/travel between countries. I will go back to discs (if I can) as this has been a complete waste of money.

I bought this product for my daughter Xmas present. Once I installed it, asked me to purchase it again to play the songs. Avoid at all cost for ps5.
