We have a boat with a Roswell wakeboard tower (1.9" polished aluminum tube diameter). Our post mount all around light kept having connection issues and the pole has gotten bent / broken in the past so we didn't want to use that type of light anymore. We wanted a battery powered all-around light on top of the tower. NaviSafe pointed me to several options and I learned that we could use this Navilight 360° 2NM w/Navimount base with the GoPro Large Tube Mount. We've used it several times over the last 2 years on the lake. We store it inside the house when we finish with other boat items.It has worked out fantastic! We can set up the go pro during the day, and then switch out the camera for the light at night. It's small, convenient, and always works. We carry an extra set of new batteries just in case. This year I forgot that the way to turn it on/off is to press the light for several seconds - it's not instant on/off, but quickly figured it out.So happy I found this product! Tech support was helpful too.

I've sent two emails to the vendor regarding my just under 2 years old navisafe light. I have used this very infrequently and it is always then brought into the wheelhouse and stored in a dry drawer with the ship's papers. The button on top is frozen. No replys from the out of country vendor.

This is a replacement for a set I bought that quit because of rusty/water intrusion. During the year I had them I kept them in a water tight container and mounted and dismounted them for occasional use. At one point they stayed mounted for a week or so in nightly dew and occasional rain. After that they wouldn't work and both lights were salt rusted and water soaked. This next set I just bought will come off and on and not allowed to get wet. Somehow the water must invade thru the top power button.

I added it on the top of my T-top. Saved me the hassle of running wires. Great light!
