Motor bastante potente para el tamaño que tiene, muy sencillo de utilizas y con medidas estándar muy recomendable

Todo bien excepto el precio: no debería costar más de 10€ la pareja con Prime.Estoy haciendo en robot diferencial uniciclo con control PID y funciona muy bien.Por otro lado, me hubiera gustado conocer las características del motor, reductora, encoder… antes de comprarlo.

I bought the 100rpm version which has a gearing system which reduces the speed (and adds more torque.Firstly the good:1. You get spare screws to allow for dropping a few!2. You get an allen key to tighten up the grub screw.3. It is a DC motor and it does have dual hall effect encoding sensors.4. You get a bracket to mount them.Now the bad:1. The dimensions are wrong. (13.5 x 8 x 9.5 cm; 100 Grams????) a. Wheel is just under7cm in diameter. See pics for this work of fiction. b. No documentation...but for those needing the wire specs. They are:red - DC to motorblack - Gnd (for encoder)yellow - Encoder1 outputgreen - Encoder2 outputblue - Vcc (for encoder)white - DC to motor2. Max speed that I could get was 70rpm on the 100rpm motor. Please note that there was a drive circuit involved which dropped about 1.2V, so the motor was operating at 10.8V (rather than the 12V it was specced at)3. The encoders are not reliable. If you want them to count accurately the position of the wheel, then don't bother. At 10.8V, I lost a fair number of the encoder signals. Because there are only 2 of them, if you lose one, then you don't know whether you're going backwards or forwards. Whilst you can put in the necessary logic to correct this, the behaviour of these motors is different for each one.Annoyingly, I bought a whole batch of these from various suppliers for a teaching project. I modified the brackets before fully testing them which makes them difficult to return, so very disappointed.
