Good quality but the weight of the discus is off, I ordered a 2k disc and when I weighed it was 2.2k. Not sure if it’s the same way with the 1.6 but if it is .2k is a big difference and will decrease your through quite a bit. Other than that great practice disc.

Rubber discuses are OK for practice, although they don't provide good feedback on release technique. This one was at least close to the advertised weight of 1.6kg, unlike at least one other that I've bought them over the years.

I bought this for my boys to practice throwing outside of track practice. I love how strong and sturdy it is. They would just throw it in the yard and it would often hit trees, land in the driveway, or bounce off of rocks. It's so solid it withstands it all. Of course it leaves divots in the grass but of course it would! If you need something to practice this is your go to!
