This boat cover feels like it's built to last. The thick, waterproof material gives me confidence that my boat will be protected from the elements. The double-stitched seams and reinforced areas seem strong and well-made. I appreciate the adjustable straps and buckles, which made it easy to get a snug, secure fit. It stayed in place even during some windy weather. The included storage bag is a nice touch for keeping it organized when not in use. It fits my boat well, and the versatile design means it should work for a range of boat types. I got this for a 15' sailboat, a classic wooden race boat that is 71 years old this year. My old homemade cover had finally disintegrated, and I really needed a replacement. This is plenty big for my application- overkill, really. But I appreciate the extra protection.I was quite pleased and surprised at the quality of the material and stitching. We're not talking heavy, bulletproof canvas here, but considering the price the quality is very good. I like the understated gray color- finally , marine accessories that are not blue... This looks as if it will provide quite a few more years of protection.

I am very happy with the Team Obsidian Boat Cover. It was very easy to install and had all of the features as described in the product's Amazon page. Five of the straps are 14.5 feet long with quick release buckles and one shorter 5 foot strap with no buckle. The first time I used this boat cover, it was difficult to visually identify the "reinforced" bow end of the cover. Users should look for the "FRONT" tag that is sewn into the bow end (this information would be helpful to be included in the product description). It was frustrating to find out after I installed it for the first time that it had to be reversed (I only found this out after coming inside and re-reading the product details again because the "FRONT " tag was small). This cover was put on a 15 foot aluminum V-bottom boat and it extended far enough off the back of the boat to cover the entire outboard motor. I tested the cover with a hose and it repelled the water. I think this is a good value for the quality and would highly recommend it to other customers. Should this cover not age well (I have only had it on my boat for a couple of weeks) I will come back to update this review.

First impressions are good the quality seems durrable and the seams are well sewn. I will not be using this until May so I can't address fit yet but I have opened it and looked everything over pretty closely and based on that would recommend this at this time. If anything changes I will update the review.

This review is for a Team Obsidian Boat Cover. Went racing around looking for a cover before the snow when this one popped up and I’m glad it did. It’s heavy duty, waterproof and feels designed to withstand harsh weather as they say. It comes with all the straps you’ll need to tie it down, and there’s a bag to put it in when storing.
