They may not look like something a 50 year old Nonna would wear but they are the best for quick slip on and cooking. I stand on my feet for hours in the kitchen and need something easy on and off to run next door to the in-laws. They are like a down jacket puff wrapped in warm wool. I got them in a 9 and 10 and both worked because of the extra roomy style, ended up keeping the woman’s 10, some say woman’s, some are unisex but they are all the same shoe. I tried them on in the store and took pics of the boxes before ordering. It’s spring here and they are a smidge warm, I’ve had them on 80+ degree days and my feet got a little toasty once but they are really versatile. I’ve worn them shopping, chores, cooking, lounging. I cut my heel shaving before putting a white pair on and dripped blood all over the back of the shoe on the wool. I used some stain remover and a damp cloth and everything came off and the fabric was dry in under 2 minutes back on my feet. The entire insert is removable and you can easily spot clean these.

These are excellent slippers for around the house. They are super comfy and not hot. The soles are very thick. They make a lot of noise going down the stairs due to the soles. I am happy with these and bought only to wear inside in summer.

Love these shoes but. beware that the 7-8 are more like a 9. They look silly on my feet.
