TG Thermal Putty ist eine elektrisch nichtleitende Alternative zu herkömmlichen Wärmeleitpads. Als leicht aufzutragender und flexibler „Gap-Filler“ gleicht es Höhenunterschiede aus und eignet sich somit ideal als Ersatz für Wärmeleitpads auf Grafikkarten.

Das Thermal Putty wird mit Spachtel oder per Hand aufgetragen. Großflächig verteilt oder als kleine Kügelchen geformt, passt es sich perfekt der aufzutragenden Fläche an. Es gleicht Höhenunterschiede von 0,2 bis 3,0 mm aus und sorgt für eine optimale Wärmeübertragung.

Gutes Produkt. Es läßt sich sehr gut verarbeiten und hat einen guten Wärmeleitwert. Der Versand war auch wie bei Amazon gewohnt Mega schnell.

This stuff is phenomenal. Strong performance and makes contact a non issue. I have a bykski block that is nice but it always requires me to reopen the darn thing a hundred times before everything is right. With the putty it worked without hassle, card can be repasted in 5 minutes. Probably the first time I’ve ever got it closed up without some kind of imperfection, too.Regarding mess, it is harder to clean, but not so much that you need to seriously worry about it if you aren’t going overboard. The putty is also reusable if you handle it right.Only real issue with this product is just like other TG products it is expensive compared to other putties, but it is actually pretty competitive.

Used to replace thermal pads on XFX 6700xt. 30g seems roughly the amount needed for the whole card. I was mindful of how much I was using. Probably could have saved a bit but I had no need to. Temperatures are down. Will buy putty again.

I love the grizzly products, for me they beat all my previous products performance regarding heat displacement even with air cooling fans for CPU's etc. Applied the TG Putty on x2 laptops I serviced and now both run with lower temps under loads at a average of +- 12 degrees cooler than with the factory default thermal paste and putty.

Von der Leistung der Wärmeleitfähigkeit her würde ich das Produkt mit 5 Sternen bewerten.Zur Verwendbarkeit eher 3,5 Sterne.Es ist toll, dass 3 Spachtel dabei gefügt sind, aber das Zeug klebt absolut an allem, außer am IC oder der Kühlfläche. Wenn man nun also eine ebene Oberfläche mit dem Spachtel formen will, bleibt zu zu 99% am Spachtel kleben und bleibt nicht auf dem IC oder der Kühlfläche.Ich konnte mir hier mit einer Teflonpinzette helfen, aber wer hat sowas schon parat liegen?!Als Verbesserungsvorschlag würde ich die Spachtel aus Teflon hergestellt vorschlagen.Wenn man jedoch alles gut hinbekommen hat, gibt es zu Wärmeleitfähigkeit nichts zu meckern, ich habe ca 5° weniger Temperatur als mit den vorherigen Wärmeleitpads.

I have some real misgivings about the reported thermal conductivity. Seems like a lot of hype and packaging. But so far it's keeping the inductors in my gaming laptop cool enough.

Rarely leave any review for product as all have been said on most. But this thing knocked the temp off of my 4090 hotpot. Tested with CP RT overdrive, Furmark. Was getting 85C on full load @ 430W. now it is constant @ 73
