if you have a pi 5 you likely need some of these cables for extra boards. This works well with the ones I used. Just be careful with them!

Not much to say, it's a cable and it works. You get exactly what you expect. If you need one, this is a good one.

There is a twist in the cable to install the cable correctly. Copper traces up on the screen; Copper traces toward the Ethernet port. Installing the cable the wrong side "up" on either side will do no harm, but the screen will do nothing at all. Wiring quirk for setting up to a Pi 5 - plug into the Pi itself, not the screen, and the Pi will power the screen through the GPIO wires included with the screen. This is the opposite to the written documentation, but the Pi 5 can handle more USB power than previous Pi models. Otherwise, plugging both in separately works fine (without using ANY GPIO wires). If either HDMI is attached, nothing will happen on the screen. Unplug the HDMI and reboot the pi. (Yes, it took me way to long to figure this out).
