I have a Tamron SP 300mm f5.6 macro lens. Tamron used to make a tripod collar for this lens, but it was discontinued long ago and if you can find them they are expensive.It was suggested that a collar for the Canon 70-200 f4 would fit as the lenses are both 65mm in diameter. It did and it works perfectly. So if you are looking for a lens collar for any telephoto or Zoom that has a 65mm diameter. Buy with confidence.

This lens tripod bracket was poorly assembled and didn’t grip the lens properly. As it was not an expensive item I trashed it and bought a different make that was manufactured correctly. Other examples could well be fine but quality control could be suspect.

I got this for my Canon 200mm 2.8 Lii and it fit and worked great ! I would like it black but can't complain! Will also fit the Canon 70-200 F4 is and other similar sized lenses.Fits great,looks sturdy.

The title says it all. Well made and appears to be very strong. Time will tell but so far absolutely delighted.
