I bought this as a replacement for the heads of the HP9500 printer. Heads have 3 small black plastic "pins" that have to fit inside the printer. Depending on the colour, some pins are taken off. It turned out that heads didn't fit my printer as those pins were not aligned accordingly. The colour head had the alignment for the black holder, and the other way around. I cut the pin to make it fit into the black colour seat in the printer. The printer didn't recognise the head. At the end this was wasted. I bought a new printer. Those older machines obviously don't have the proper support any longer. This is a pity as the machine was in perfect condition. I just created electronic waste.

Die zwei druckerköpfe werden von meinen HP Officejet Pro 8500A Plus nicht ausgerichtet oder erkannt.Die Druckseite bleibt weiß. Bitte schicken sie mir die richtigen druckerköpfe im Austausch.MfgHofmann Gerhard
