Product failed 6 days after the AMZN return window closed.I should have read the description better., as there is no warranty info mentioned. I seller contact available in the order details either. (Other than to contact the seller if you need to contact the seller, which you can’t do).The “manual says to fill out and keep the warranty card as it will be helpful you. Why? To test that your own works?There isn’t one, nor any way to contact this “seller or manufacturer”. Does anyone have the customer service phone number for China??The light is plugged in and fully charged. It just won’t turn on any longer with the remote OR the buttons on the light itself.I was very happy with the product and spent more on this model based on its apparent quality and features I needed.I can’t afford to buy a replacement.Roll the dice. Maybe you’ll have better luck.This is NOT an AMZN complaint, by the way. I REALLY wish people would stop putting those on their product reviews. AMZN has a phone number. And amazing customer service.

My home office is not in a well lit area and this clamps to my desk and now that I can use my Iphone as a camera for my teams meetings, this little gem lets me mount my phone perfectly. No more washed out grainy video for me. This combination works much better than my traditional old webcam... Well worth it and the improved quality is unmatched.

This flexibility in brightness was a game changer for me; it enabled a level of detail and clarity in my photographs that took my rock collection documentation to new heights.The design of the ring light itself feels thoughtful and user-friendly. The mount is sturdy, providing ample support for smartphones and cameras alike, which gave me confidence while shooting. The 45'' desk stand was tall enough to easily accommodate various angles, and I appreciated the freedom to reposition the light without the hassle of readjusting everything each time. This adaptability made it easier to explore creative compositions and capture the beauty of each rock.

This desk-mounted, overhead 20 watt 12" LED ring light with a phone mount from brand UNICUCP is generally a good product for reviewers or generally creative project makers — if you see more professional looking review product video or images, you know that person is probably using strong lighting to absolve shadows and compliment the focus of their presentation.This is not the most versatile top down ring light ever made, and it suffers from a few flaws at what I would normally consider crucial parts of the overall unit — like a jointed arm to offer more flexibility when shooting overhead. But I suppose that, at a lower budget, this would still check all the boxes for most users.Similar to several of my podcast microphones, it features a modestly long arm that can be tightened at each joint in order to raise, lower and generally position the tool it's connected too; in this case, the large, circular 12" LED ring light, which as noted, does also come with a phone mount connected to it's centre that seems to support all models, right up to my iPhone Pro Max models, which are definitely the heavyweights among mobile devices.All of the above parts of the unit are plastic or not very durable metal, so while they do all seem well-produced and sturdy enough, make sure to tighten with gentle care to how you're positioning the unit, and there should be no worries about breaking anything.The unit apparently also features wireless control with a remote, and is likewise wireless itself — the entire unit is rechargeable... you just need to have it charge for a while before it even turns on at all. This worried me at first, when I thought it was actually a dud. Just be patient, it will turn on eventually.Overall, the light is very bright and can be dimmed and base white balance colour changed, and it offers an opportunity for quality in my productions that I didn't previous have access to. 4 stars.
