These tyre levers arrived in a simple plastic bag (not the plastic sleeve shown or the ‘convenient carry case’ in the product description).They’re solid, 26.5cm long (just over 10”) and nicely polished. There are some machining marks but nothing that would damage a tyre or rim.I ride an old classic British motorbike with tubed tyres. I’ve always carried a couple of tyre levers and a puncture repair kit and this has got me home on more than one occasion. These levers are long enough to be useful but short enough to be stashed on the bike (my old ones are getting a bit notched after 30 years of abuse!).I’m not about to pull the tyres off the bike just to test these and I’ll update this review when I’ve used them but they look and feel like they’ll do the job.These are decent tyre levers and at £15.67 for the pair they’re reasonably priced but they lose a star because of the inaccurate sleeve pictures and product description.

My levers arrived in a plain plastic bag rather than the "convenient carry case" promised in the listing. The finish on the tools is good with no nasty sharp edges or burrs. You can see machining marks but they are polished! I'm not sure how long the blue coating will last but it won't affect the use of the tool in any way. The levers are much nicer than the ancient ones I've had for the last 40 years!

The rubber handle bit breaks away quite easily. After one use mine are just plain silver now - but still work fine and you don’t notice that much.
