So for starters, these are legs straps for blankets, sheets, coolers, and so forth. I have no clue why the seller pictures have them shown with a saddle pad. Clearly edited and misleading.Aside from the seller's pictures, I really like that these are highly adjustable! They get small enough to fit my 10 hand pony mare, and long enough for the 15 hand horse as well with room to go bigger. Other brands don't always adjust small enough for the little pony, so that is a win. The elastic seems decent and overall, these do the job.The only concern i have thus far is the durability of the metal snap. I pictured it along side the strap that came with this rain sheet, (this one is black, old one is blue) and you can see that the snaps are quite thin metal. I don't know how much this will matter in the long run, but I will be keeping an eye on it!

We're using these to replace broken straps on the winter jacket of one of our horses. Overall, these will do the job, but it feels to me that the hooks are a bit light-duty for horse use. After all, horses roll with their blankets on, and it can often put high strain on the hardware.I'm leaving this with 5 stars since they are holding up thus far, after a few days. However, I will update this review if one of them fails.
