Bought this to replace a corroded cigarette Lighter power connector on my boat. The added USB charger is a great addition to the old style. Now I can have both and they are Marine rated with good ceiling caps.

I installed these on my golf cart and it went very smoothly. I used the threaded ring to outline the holes to the perfect size, a sharp box cutter and a dremmel tool to cut the holes. Aside from needing to find a 12v power source in the nest of wires behind the dash, installing was a breeze. It includes both positive and negative wires that are thoughtfully nested so you only need to attach one positive and one negative wire to your power source, and then clip the nested pair to each of the two outlets (cigarette lighter and USB port). Personally I chose not to use their included panel, I simply cut two holes in the cart's dash and installed them individually. I think it looks much cleaner.

Since this is the same diameter as most 12v plugs, that makes this almost a direct replacement for the old cigarette lighter plugs and you get some USB-A and USB-C ports while also adding a voltmeter to keep an eye on your battery level.
