I bought for 2 models of MSR. Yes they work and the rubber is more stretchy and gummy. It should last longer. Take note that it is the same 2cm width but there is a metal buckle on the end, so it leads to have a different approach to tie. It will fit but you will tie on top of the old buckle or just cut it.

Replacement straps for dry-rotted MSR Ascent snowshoe straps. Had to modify a bit (with scissors) but was pretty simple. Not as strong as the original straps but I dont use much so these will do just fine.
