Two high density foam cushions. Provides good support whilst remaing soft underfoot. Ideal for those of us who do not wear shoes and slippers unlike the hard plastic footrests. Well made. Covers washable. Came rolled up in a bag so as instructed, you need to give them time to expand back to original shape Can't fault this product. Recommended

Je suis absolument ravi de mon achat du Repose-Pieds sous Le Bureau. C'est devenu un incontournable dans mon espace de travail et a considérablement amélioré mon confort au quotidien.La qualité de construction est impressionnante. Les matériaux sont durables et bien conçus, ce qui se traduit par un repose-pieds solide et fiable. De plus, l'assemblage était simple, sans tracas, et les instructions étaient claires.Le confort est incomparable. La surface texturée du repose-pieds offre un soutien optimal pour mes pieds, soulageant la pression et réduisant la fatigue. La hauteur réglable est un énorme avantage, car je peux l'ajuster parfaitement à ma position assise préférée. Cela a vraiment amélioré ma posture et a atténué les maux de dos que je ressentais auparavant.Ce repose-pieds est également compact, ce qui est idéal pour économiser de l'espace dans un bureau déjà encombré. La discrétion de sa présence ne compromet en rien ses performances.En résumé, le Repose-Pieds sous Le Bureau a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Kissen sinkt wirklich stark ein. Ist auch zu tief für mich (habe noch was drunter)An und Abbau und Reinigung geht gut.Im Winter Top- (weil warm und weich)Im Sommer eher nicht soWenn man eh schon schwitzt auf einem "Schaumstoffkissen" zu "sitzen" (mit den Füßen) ist wie man sich eigentlich schon denken kann etwas belastend.Ist aber kein schlechtes Produkt für den Preis.Eine FESTE Stütze ist es aber definitiv nicht. Da sollte was aus Plastik oder Metall oder so her.Vielleicht gut wenn man eh was da unten stehen hat das zu hart ist- als "dämpfungs"-Extra

I sit at my desk for 10+ hours a day, every day. I have done so for the last 5 years.I'm roughly 5'6 and 120 pounds, and most available office chairs simply are not sized correctly for my height and weight.It has been impossible to sit in the correct posture and with my feet on the ground if I want my hands to be on top of my relatively short desk. This has caused my a lot of shoulder and back pain.The footrest allows me to sit straight up and with my chair at the max height, with my feet flat on top of it and in significantly greater comfort than before. I cannot stress enough how good of an idea buying this thing has been.It is of reasonable quality, it is firm enough to rest my feet on properly yet not so firm as to be uncomfortable. The anti-slip lining on the bottom is doing its job well on my carpet, its just good enough to prevent it from moving, but still adjustable if I want to push it around with my feet. Its also a very nice width with room to spare on either side, though you may find it a bit narrow still if you are much heavier/wider set.
