I bought this to use with a RX1R, which the product claims to be compatible with. There is a notch in the dummy battery that the camera's battery latch grabs to hold the battery, or in this case the dummy battery in. The notch on this product is about 1/8 inch too deep, so the dummy battery is pushed away from the power contacts by the camera battery bay spring. To get power you have to push it in and hold it there, which is a fail. Rather than fix their defect with putty or epoxy, I returned the defective product.

Utilisé avec un pied avec une vis 1/4 et un Sony ZV1, j'arrive à l'alimenter en laissant la trappe batterie entrouverte, je n'ai pas à la modifier ou à gratter de la matière dans le boitier pour laisser passer le câble d'alimentation. Un vrai plaisir de pouvoir laisser tout alimenté et de revenir à l'appareil quand on veut, sans découvrir que la batterie est vide au moment le moins pratique.

2 days ago I put it into my Sony ZV-1 and plugged it into a portable power bank. Pressed record on camera and it was working as if the real battery was in it.I'll update/edit this review in the future if problems arise, otherwise, it's 5/5.
