I ordered these to have as backups for some newer piercings, just in case I manage to lose the balls and have the studs fall out because I didn't notice in time. They're the right gauge and length, and internally threaded like my everyday ones, and the front CZ and stainless balls are simple options that go with everything.I tested one of these for a week, and had no issues with itching or swelling, so they appear to be the surgical steel that the description claims. The CZ attachments screw in easily, and don't seem to need tightening more than a check every couple of days.

These are a good length for my lip and they look good for the most part. It's hard to see that they're different shapes. One of the stones is set slightly crooked. The ones with plain stones are also a bit uncomfortable to wear because there is nothing to protect the sharp points from rubbing against/scratching my skin. I have been wearing one for about a week now and I've had no issues with it loosening up.
