I have a Fray Fitness cable machine. They don’t sell a fractional plate so this one came in clutch. Sits on the stack and stays in place.

The weights fit right on the stack bar and without lifting it you would think they don’t weigh much. But they are five pounders. Once you add a couple you have changed the dimensions on your training. Ten pounds is a lot to regulate.

I received this item quickly. I am happy to have this because as I increased my weight it was difficult for me to increase by 10lb increments. This allows for 5lb increment changes. It fit perfectly on my Marcy home gym. It’s easy to remove when changing your weight. Takes a couple seconds.
