i bought this long ago for an accidental rat pup litter. this cage was amazing and lasted so long until i was able to upgrade to my critter nation cage. it is so spacey and tall not to mention the storage it has. it was a little hard to clean thoroughly due to it being wood. the wood did end up bending and warping due to the urine but other than that it was super durable. this is an excellent cage for the money you spend. it was super safe until they started to chew the plastic at the bottom of it so i had to improvise and block off the bottom. it was a little hard to assemble but after i read the instructions more i got the hang of it. i would definitely buy this product again if i had to!

Smaller than expected but it is a good size for 2 rats! Very easy to put together but you will need a drill. It’s super easy to clean and NOTHING WILL GET IN OR OUT.

I love this thing, easy to put together, easy to clean , quality is top notch, safety is amazing, the size of it is perfect, I love the wheels on the bottom so I can push around the house. My chipmunk is extremely happy. I saved him , and he became the best thing I ever have taken care of.

We got this cage for my son for Xmas (set up on Xmas eve from Santa) for his hamster to have more room to move around and be more interactive. After taxes and everything was said it cost $160.We hung toys and chew blocks all over and on every level of the space.April 7th (so barely over 3 months) and I had to drive a 2 hour round trip to the closest open pet store to purchase a second cage (another $130) because he escaped out a hole he was able to create in the floor of this cage!Thankfully we were able to prevent our 5 year old son from waking up tomorrow to a half eaten hamster nugget by our cat.This product did NOT live up to expectations at all.I do not recommend this product to anyone with ANY small animal that has teeth.I requested a refund and was asked to take a partial refund (but not told how much that refund would be) when I asked for the full refund all I got back was that I could apply for a return request, however I am not allowed to do this on the amazon site, it just tells me that I have passed the deadline, I have had no further messages from the seller helping me with this, they have simply stopped responding.
