this item doesn't always unlock when u need it totherefore it's difficult to use, which leads to jerky movements. sad

The writeup for the product was incorrect. It said that it was leather which I found interesting that leather could even work in a retractable leash. But, I thought to myself, it would be durable. And the size extra small was misleading, as that was referring to the size of the handle which would only be comfortable for a child's hand. I wish I could return this product (I bought 2 of them), but unfortunately I missed the window.
