We have high ceilings with hardwood floors and this non skid pad gives us confidence to use the ladder when it’s on this pad. Yes, it has an odor when it is unboxed but I put it outside for several days before use and the odor has completely dissipated.

Don’t waste your money on this. It did not adhere to the tile unsafe to use to climb on ladder.. yes, the other comments from other people regarding the stench and stink and smell are true. I cannot recommend this product.. do not waste your money on it or your time

Looks exactly as the ad does. Seems like a reasonable product. The rubber is that standard super smelly rubber that smells like it'll give you cancer in three breaths. Left it outside to off gas for a few days. Hopefully that will sort this out a bit.

This is a must product for extension ladders. Secure and no slip.This is important for you guys that create to much of and angle and pull the bottom out to far. This is the wrong setup.Remember this no slip base does not work on grass.
