During the first cup of coffee (just after pouring the water in) the mug developed a large crack, which can be seen and felt on the inside and outside of the mug, from the very top to 2cm above the base. It is not superficial because it goes all the way through from the inside to the outside. It feels as if it could break in two pieces.
