I tried my friends vibration plate and it was fun so I thought it would be a nice addition to my Weekly exercise routine. When I saw this one for £52 in the spring deal I thought thats a good price but is it a good Machine. There was only three reviews at the time but those were from Vine voice so I thought they should be honest reviews and they help me decide to purchase this. When this arrived it was well packaged and everything was in order. At 12 kg this is movable for myself who is a medium-sized woman but I wouldn't really want one much heavier. I quickly read the instructions there is enough to get you started with using the machine but there is no info on exercises so I turned to YouTube of course. The first thing I did when I turned it on Was to use the program 2 which was probably a bit too much for my first go, lol. I think it's a great machine especially for the money I paid and I would have still been happy if it had cost more. The only thing I would say is that the connection point to the lead is a bit shallow and therefore the lead is a bit loose but so far I've not had any problems due to that. I would definitely recommend this machine.
