Griff nur geklebt.Heißes Öl oder Geschirrspüler lösen Klebstoffe, meist.Mal gut das ich nicht grad heißes Öl darin hatte, als der Griff abriss.Nur traurig, NIE WIEDER!!!!

If you cook for 2-3 people, this pot has the right size to store the used cooking oil/fat for later reuse.

I had an old coffee cup with a piece of aluminum foil over it to store my bacon fat and the other day I realized that I should probably trade up for something nicer. I loked at several of these, and decided on this one. I'd read some negative reviews about the top falling off and that it would rust after a few years.I took all that into account and then realized it was a $9 item. You can spend that on a cup of coffee these days so decided to order it.I'm glad I did. It's actually a bit larger than my coffee cup and I like the strainer. I don't mind that the top doesn't fit very tightly, that's ok. I just put it in the refrigerator and take it out when I have bacon grease. I probably should clean the strainer after each use, but I just let the large pieces stay until they get to be an amount where I figure I should clean it and so far that has worked well.The stainless steel or whatever it is looks nice. I didn't try to find out if it reacts to magnets or what kind of stainless steel it it because as I said earlier it's $9. If it rusts after a few years, I'll throw it away and get another one. If it was a $60 knife, I would be concerned, but a $9 place to store bacon fat... not so much.Overall, it looks good, it's functional and I like the fact that I now have a much more classy way to store the bacon fat :).If you are thinking about it, just go ahead and give it a dance.

This metal jug is lightweight and easy to clean. I store cooking oil that has been used for frying or roasting vegetables. The strainer is brilliant because any bits from cooking is separated easily. The strainer can be washed dried and replaced on the jug. Also very good value for money.

Got what I paid for in time and all.I expected the stainles steel walls to be a tad thicker.but it is what it is. and the sreen i sconvenient.
