My mom was recommended this after pulling a muscle in her lower back by her physical therapist and she loves it. She says that it relieves the pain from trying to sit straight up. The straps are good quality and it turning into a storage bag is great! Definitely would recommend.

It does provide good support but my knee hurts so I needed to return it

I really really loves this device. It brings instant relief especially since I slouch over my computer and tends to force my upper back to straighten as it pushes my lumbar spine forward. If I could only wear it constantly while sitting. If you have to get up a lot and sit back down, it takes a little getting used to with placing the straps over your knees but worth the effort to get a correct posture. The other thing as others have mentioned is that if you sit for long, the pads over your knees tend to make your knees sore so maybe if you have some extra padding that would work..haven't tried it with extra pads yet though. One other thing I will mention. There is what appears to be a seat belt like connection to go between you legs. Don't ignore it. It is there for a purpose and provides further posture correction and is a game changer when using the device. Aside from the adjustments when sitting and the slightly sore knees, I highly recommend this.

I wanted to write a honest review about this product. This product actually qualifies for a 5 start rating. The only reason I had to give it a 4 is due to the price. Considering a make, It is a bit pricey at 60$Pros:1) Uniquely styled product that fits the purpose perfectly. Great for lower back, posture correction. After a long time, I was able to sit in my chair for hours without pain (tried so many and found this standing apart, at least for me)2) Simple to use. Durable3) Easy to carry. Weightless and good for travel4) Comfortable sitting in chair and cross legs as shown in product picture (although I find sitting in chair more comfortable)Cons:1) Cant use while standing, driving2) PriceyOverall it was worth the buy. Was not bad in any way. At around 40$ or less...it would have definitely been a 5 start product!

I bought a Nada Chair in the early 90s at a computer show. Twenty years later, I had finally worn out the first one. This is my second purchase. I can attest to it's durability since the first one lasted for 20 years.I use it for sitting cross legged on the floor, sitting in chairs that do not have adequate back support and in my office chair when I'm so tired I start leaning forward and slouching. You adjust the device to best support you in the way that you are sitting. It prevents me from doing any further damage to my back and joints, and does relieve the current back pain that I cause by slouching and leaning over my work.It does have sliding one-inch thick pads for the knees that I suppose if your knees are sensitive, this would not be great for you. Properly adjusted, it does force you to sit up straight, keep your feet flat on the ground if in a chair, and give your back support. It does use your knees as a fulcrum, so if you have problems with your knees, this definitely is not for you.You are in charge of all of the adjustments including the amount of pressure on your back and your knees but I can see how some people might find this bothersome and some people wouldn't mind it -- the same way we are all different about types of collars and turtlenecks.I don't think the chair is meant to use for 8 hours at a time, although I have used it this way many times--for days in a row. I do find it a very useful tool to have around. I was very rough on my first one, and it lasted 20 years so even if you only use it sporadically, it's not like it's not worth the $65.
