Fabric is fairly light and looks high quality although it can feel a bit plasticky. That being said the bag itself carries well. I actually also tried the lite version of the bag which I didn't like because the water resistant zipper made it difficult to open and close. Bag looks great casual and the backpack function is very useful although it's not ideal for long periods of time.My major complaint is that even though they claim that there is a "laptop slot" The bottom of the slot has 0 padding at all. When you put your bag down your laptop will "clack" on the ground, and there is no real way of getting padding under it. I ended up getting a very low profile laptop sleeve which works very well, but don't expect to just be able to throw in your laptop naked without it getting a few bumps and bruises.

I just got it yesterday and already am in love!! I love the colour, the organization of the front pockets and inside, it’s extremely light, I like the keychain cord, and the tote handles are perfect for under the arm. I previously bought the belt oh tokyo tote and hate it because it’s hard to get things out while you are on the go. this totepack is perfect!! Love love love! The only criticism I can provide is that it does not have a pass through for luggage.

Bought for my overseas work trip. Love the bag and pockets and versatility. I only wish it had a luggage strap.

I am a big fan of Bellroy and have purchased several of their products over the past few years. I have been satisfied with all of them and this is no different. This totepack checks all the boxes; I love the build quality, its creative storage, the color, and versatility. I especially like the flip-out pockets in the main storage compartment, which allows me to slide in my water bottle and thermos effortlessly.This being a first iteration product, I do see some areas where Bellroy could improve. The laptop compartment (which fits my 14'' MBP just fine) does not have a false bottom, meaning that you have to be careful when setting the tote on the ground. The handles, while sturdy, do not have any cushioning and can dig into your shoulders or hands if the tote is packed full. Lastly, I think the flip-out pockets could use some more structure - maybe some hardened foam or elastic material to border the top of the pockets so that they snap out and hold their shape more easily.Despite this, I am still very happy with this product and the functionality that it provides. I look forward to wear this totepack for many years to come, and I know that it will easily withstand the daily wear and tear that I put it though!
