The specs on this controller and overall feel of everything is great! I tried it out for a few minutes, but just by holding it and using normal buttons, I keep hitting the back buttons which is distracting for me. Otherwise crazy good specs on this controller, quality and everything feels great. But constantly hitting the back buttons unintentionally is distracting, so I'm gonna have to send it back. Ordered another controller where the back buttons can be locked. Would have kept this one if you could do it on this, since it feels great otherwise. And has much better specs! gamepadla has specs on it, really good stuff!

This controller works fantastically. I was mainly using it with PC. Set up and initial pairing worked flawlessly. This controller features some of the latest improvements in controller tech. The biggest thing here is the improved polling rate, which should improve the responsiveness. In practice, I would say that it did feel more responsive than a lot of other controllers I've used. At least in terms of using a controller with a Bluetooth connection. They've also really improved on their button tech from previous models. They definitely have a better tactile feel and seem much snappier. Also, this controller features TMR, which is the latest improvement over Hall Effect Sticks. Hall Effect sticks are immune to stick drift, but are slightly less accurate than potentiometer sticks. These new TMR sticks fix that issue. They have the benefits of Hall Effect and are also very accurate. Time will tell how they hold up, but so far they feel great.Overall, I think this is a great controller. It's pricey compared to some other good controllers, but it's still very good.

UPDATE 3/3/25: I updated the firmware on my ALPS controller using BigBig Won's PC software, but when I followed the same steps on my TMR model, the update failed repeatedly. It first stopped working wired, then it would not work wirelessly as well. The lights eventually never came back on, and it ended up bricking the controller. The seller PRONSTOOR when contacted through Amazon was responsive and went above and beyond to try and help.. I can't say the same for BigBig Won as they did not respond to the email I sent through them through their website support form, and there seems to be no support presence in their Discord either. I wound up returning the TMR model and since it was within the 30 days Amazon quickly to their credit sent me a replacement.USE THE ORIGINAL CABLE:I discovered just recently that my Nintendo Pro Controller would not connect wired to my PC using a short 23 inch long braided cable that I regularly use to test all my controllers, while using other longer braided cables it connected with no problem. It then dawned on me that it was THIS short cable I had used to upgrade the BigBig Won Blitz2 ALPS controller, but that ended up bricking the TMR controller. Out of curiosity, I then tried to connect the Nintendo Pro Controller to my PC using the white braided cable that came with my BigBig Won Blitz2 controllers, and the Nintendo Pro Controller again refused to connect. It seems all cables (even braided ones only 23 inches long) are not created equal. Long story short, after first downloading a backup plan (see upgrade update note below) I was able to successfully upgrade the firmware on the TMR model I had gotten as a replacement from Amazon using the original white braided cable that came with the TMR controller. It takes a bit of time, (up to 5 minutes or more), so just leave it alone and don't touch it until it finishes, and then recalibrate the controller afterwards as it suggests. Now onto my original review of the ALPS model:The listing for this controller is incorrect as this controller has ALPS joysticks NOT TMR as the listing states. The model with TMR (tunneling magnetoresistence) joysticks is $5 more, and has gray joystick tops and grips, while the ALPS (potentiometers) version here has blue joystick tops and grips. The only difference between the two models is TMR is the newer technology used for the joysticks. In a nutshell, ALPS joysticks are more prone to have stick drift over time, while TMR sticks are less likely to experience stick drift. Here are my thoughts on this one, the ALPS model. It comes in a fairly large box with what seems to be some sort of recyclable material to hold the controller and the extra joystick attachments (one medium and one longer length) and extra wheel d-pad attachment you get. You also get a very nice white matching braided cable with the company logo on it. The manual is small with many different languages. At the BigBig Won website you can also download a pdf file of the manual all in English, however it is fairly short. I recommend watching the tutorial videos at the BigBig Won website instead (26 videos) to learn how to use all of the features of the controller. The controller is impressive looking and thanks to the rubber grips is very comfortable to hold. Some have complained about it being too narrow, but if you have ever held an 8BitDo Ultimate controller you will know what this feels like. It weighs 8.6 ounces compared to the Nintendo Pro Controller (8.8 ounces) and the XBox Series X/S (10.2 ounces). The joysticks also come with wear-resistant metal rings. The controller also has 1000Hz gyroscope motion controls, turbo and macro controls.Vibration: Can be turned on or off on the controller with FN + right on d-pad. Vibration strength is adjustable only in the PC software (listed as "Shake"), and can be adjusted for each grip, but even turned up all the way it's not all that strong.Battery: 1000mAh battery - Playing time not mentionedSticks: No stick drift and immediately returned to center after moving them. The tops of the sticks are similar to the tops of a Nintendo Pro controller but much better feeling and have some of best feeling rubber tops I have come across on any controller with enough rough edges to control them, and yet not hard on your thumb. The sticks are very responsive and have metal rings around them to prevent long term wear. In the online Gamepad Tester the circularity average error rate was 2.8% on both sticks. One of the selling points is its polling rate wired and over 2.4 GHz on a PC of 2000Hz. I was pleased to see my test results confirm these are the highest polling rates I have come across on any controller.UPDATED 3/13/25Left stick polling rate and latency using Gamepadla's polling.exe software:BigBig Won Blitz 2 ALPSBluetooth Switch: 82.95 Hz avg polling rate 12.06 ms avg latency jitter 2.01 ms max latency 18.79 msBluetooth XInput: 124.07 Hz avg polling rate 8.06 ms avg latency jitter 1.92 ms max latency 11.32 msUSB (Wired) Switch: 123.85 Hz avg polling rate 8.07 ms avg latency jitter 0.46 max latency 8.28 ms2.4G Switch: 124.07 Hz avg polling rate 8.06 ms avg latency jitter 0.77 max latency 12.14 ms2.4G Ps5 mode: 1404.49 Hz avg polling rate 0.71 ms avg latency jitter 0.29 max latency 2.90 msUSB (Wired) Ps5 mode: 1416.43 Hz avg polling rate 0.71 ms avg latency jitter 0.26 max latency 2.41 msUSB (Wired) XInput: 1754.39 Hz avg polling rate 0.57 ms avg latency jitter 0.35 max latency 5.67 ms2.4G XInput: 1760.56 Hz avg polling rate 0.57 ms avg latency jitter 0.35 max latency 5.55 msYou only get a high polling rate if the controller is connected wired or over 2.4G, and the polling rate is not that special over Bluetooth or with a Switch connection, even if connected wired or over 2.4G to the Switch. It should be noted however, that polling rate is just one of the factors that affects gamepad latency and the latency numbers above do not represent actual controller input lag which needs to be measured with more than just software. That being said, the polling.exe software found at the Gamepadla website is still a good way to compare various controllers to each other. More detailed numbers including button latency numbers uploaded by others on this controller can be found at the Gamepadla website.D-pad: The d-pad has microswitches underneath and is one of the most responsive d-pads I have come across. You also have two d-pad attachment options, a cross as well as a wheel.Buttons: The face buttons with microswitches are also very responsive. They are rounded on top and raised up the right amount from the shell with a short travel distance. The shoulder buttons also have a very short travel distance and feel very nice. The LT and RT buttons are digital only, not analog but also feel very nice. The fact they are not analog or have the option for analog triggers with an adjustable range of motion is going to turn off a lot of people. however, and this is not the controller for you if you like to play a lot of racing games. The M1 and M2 back buttons also feel exceptionally nice, are very large and well placed with a short throw, and they also are textured which I like a lot. The M3 and M4 buttons up top are a bit small and hard to reach but easy to find with also a very short throw. None of the primary buttons on this controller are cheap and they all feel premium.RGB Lights: Although the manual states with the app "you can fine-tune the controller's light effects" I found no such setting in the app. The light bands and ring around the Home button are green for XInput mode (hold B + Home) when connected to the PC, red for Switch mode (hold A + Home), and blue for Ps5 mode (hold Y + Home).Function buttons: Home, View and Menu in the usual places. A screenshot button directly below the Home button, and a Function button below the connection lights in the center. Along the bottom of the controller from left to right are Turbo, Remap, Macro and Config. There is also a pairing button on the front next to the USB-C port. All function buttons work as they should.PC Software: I tend to shy away from controller's mobile apps as mobile apps from China have privacy issues. While the mobile app has less invasive permissions than many others, it still provides no way for you to delete your information once collected. I would stay away from the mobile app and use the PC software instead. For a fairly detailed rundown of the PC software features see the YouTube video from OldManRob. This is also one of the few controllers with the software that lets you bind keyboard keys to various buttons. You still can do a lot of adjustments using only controls on the controller however and the many video tutorials at the BigBig Won website are very helpful in teaching you how to use them.FIRMWARE UPGRADE UPDATE 3/3/25:As I mentioned above, I was able to successfully upgrade the firmware on my TMR model by using the original white braided cable that came with the controller. In case you brick your controller by trying to update the firmware or using the wrong cable, and are outside of the 30 day return window, in the PC software there is a link for "First Aid Down". Previously when I went to this link (which you can also find by doing a search for "PC tool first aid kit - BigBig Won") my antivirus blocked the download. This time however, not only was I able to download the file with my ESET antivirus turned on, but there were only 3 warnings at Virus Total this time, two obscure antiviruses and Malwarebytes, but on my computer Malwarebytes said it was clean, and two other antiviruses I tested it with it also came up clean. Inside the zip file is the latest BigBig Won Blitz 2 firmware. My previously bricked controller would not connect over USB, so I don't know if the updated file would have helped me, but I just put out this information for those who might need a last resort for a non-working controller outside of the 30 day return window.Press Home button for 3 seconds to turn on the controller.Press Home button for 2 seconds to turn off the controller.UPDATED 3/13/25:BigBig Won Blitz 2 TMR controller connections:(For Android wired/2.4G connection, select Ps5 mode by holding Y + Home - X selects and A goes back)Switch: Wired, 2.4G, BluetoothPC: Wired, 2.4G, BluetoothAndroid 11 tablet: Wired (Provided cable, Ps5 mode), 2.4G (Ps5 mode), BluetoothFireTV (Fire OS7 - Android 9): Wired (Provided cable, Ps5 mode), 2.4G (Ps5 mode), BluetoothBrook PS2 Converter (PS2 Connection): Wired, 2.4G, Bluetooth (Firmware v1.2.7.4)Brook XB2 Converter (Xbox 360 Connection): See notes 1 and 2 below (Firmware v1.2.3.2)1 Controller connected over Bluetooth in XInput mode after upgrading to the latest firmware v313333 on the controller. NOTE: If Bluetooth connection keeps disconnecting shortly after first connecting, hit a quick series of buttons on the controlller (LB/RB) or d-pad left or right until it stabilizes and it should stay connected after that. I'm not sure if this trick works with the v313331 firmware as well. If it doesn't, try updating the firmware using only the original white cable that comes with the controller.2 Also connected wired with provided cable in Ps5 mode and to 2.4G dongle in Ps5 mode. If light goes solid but buttons or d-pad don't work, unplug and replug cable or 2.4G dongle into converter until it does.Pros: Ergonomic and very comfortable to hold, 16 main buttons use mechanical switches including d-pad, extra d-pad wheel option, 2 extra stick length options, 4 macro buttons with 2 buttons up topCons: Digital triggers only, can not wake up the Switch, when trying to update the firmware in the PC software on the TMR model using a cable other than the one that came with the controller it bricked the controller, company support is poor to non-existent and questions in their Discord go unansweredSUMMARYI really like this controller even though it only has digital triggers. You get a great wireless polling rate over 2.4 GHz, 2 d-pad options and 3 stick height options. I like the smaller narrower grips although I understand some may not. If you are only going to get one controller, I would probably get this TMR sticks model since it is only $5 more, but honestly they feel and perform the same to me. If the ALPS model is discounted it might be the better buy however. And even though some don't like the look of the blue grips and blue stick tops on the ALPS model, I really do. Either way, these are both solid premium controllers for the price for what you get, and well worth the money. But be careful if you upgrade the firmware and only use the cable that came with your controller. After more use I have updated my rating to 5 stars.

This is an excellent feeling and functioning gamepad, ideal for PC, Xbox or Android and compatible with a few others. Each button is a microswitch that gives a crisp clicky feeling with each press, and the hall-effect analog sticks feel smooth and precise. This controller can be used with an included 2.4 GHz USB adapter, wired, or with bluetooth. In my experience it works well with all 3.I have one minor with this controller, and it may be more major for others. It does not have analog trigger buttons. The left and right trigger are micro-switches, just like the rest of the controller's buttons. This will limit this controller's functionality with driving games, or game that require analog triggers. This pad is programmable with features like turbo rapid fire, control macros, and assigning of every button. It has 4 additional buttons besides the standard ones which can be programmed for any controller function. You can also adjust the deadzone in the analog sticks either with the pad itself, or with downloadable PC software.Unfortunately the PC software errored out for me when I tried to upgrade the controller's firmware. It still works wirelessly, but can't be detected or adjusted when I plug it in.The controller claims to be made for first person shooters, which often uses the triggers for firing or shooting.
