Ho il modello Bissell Aircare 220 e questo necessita di 3 filtri (anche se in realtà è come se fossero due) tra cui i primi a maglia stretta per particelle micrometriche e l’altro a nido d’ape riempito di pellet di carbone attivo.Questi filtri trattengono le particelle solide ma al contempo purificano l’aria attraverso il filtraggio della stessa nel carbone attivo che dovrebbe aiutare ad eliminare gli odori di ogni genere.La macchina infatti, attraverso l’azione automatica e coadiuvando l’uso dei colori ci avvisa della salubrità dell’aria che meccanicamente ricicla per purificarla…i carboni attivi servono per odori di cucinato, animali domestici, foss’anche il profumo del detergente di piatti e pavimenti.Ho notato però una cosa…a parte la semplicità di installazione, questo filtro sembra essere più vuoto di carbone rispetto all’originario (trovato nella confezione dell’Aircare 220). Li ho messi a confronto e ho constatato che è così. Forse il trasporto movimentato ha fatto distribuire non omogeneamente i granelli di carbone, ma alla vista ho appurato che c’erano dei vuoti. Spero che nelle foto si possa vedere com’è stato verificato dal vivo.Ad ogni modo per il momento, mettendo il naso sopra lo sfiato dell’elettrodomestico, noto che funziona in quanto percepisco aria senza odore (se non quello tenue delle plastiche interne).Prezzo: 15€.Voto: per l’esperienza avuta mi sento di dare un voto di 6,9/10 => 3 stelle e mezzo.

We have two air purifiers that utilize these filters. They work as they should and catch a ton of contaminants in the air. I wish they were a little less expensive but when it comes to air filters I’d rather purchase first party and know the unit will perform as it should.

The digital air quality readings on my Bissell Air 320 air purifer started showing higher numbers (inferior air quality) so as instructed in the user's manual, I ordered replacement filters. The BissellAir 320 uses two different filters, however this review and the accompanying photos are referring specifically to the carbon filter. Review for the High Efficiency Filter is posted separately. This carbon filter replacement is a genuine Bissell filter and came in a sealed box from the manufacturer. It was easy to remove the old filter and replace it with the new one. As soon as both filters were replaced, I noticed significant improvement in my air quality. Being that filters have to be replaced approximately every six months, I feel the price is reasonable. I do recommend checking your filters periodically to get the most benefit out of this purifier. I hope my experience helps you out a bit. Thank you.

This is the correct filter for the Bissell Air220, I was worried it wasn't but it fit perfectly and looks exactly like the original filter the A220 came with .Works great, easy to install.
