I tested this in my garden for a few hours, and it does certainly keep you warm by reflecting your body heat.I'm 5"11 and this went way over my head and has enough wiggle room for those with restless legs like I do.It has a few holes at the bottom to let out stale air to keep it circulated, although I'd keep it away from children as it's still possible for suffocation. In emergencies, you can poke a hole using a fingernail or something sharp as it is quite thin.Packing it away was a bit troublesome, but once all of the air is out, you can fold it and store it back in the pouch - just be patient when doing so and fold it carefully, rather than attempting to roll it into a ball!A good thing to keep in your rucksack or in the boot of your car should you get stuck somewhere out in the sticks for whatever reason.

nel momento in cui ci si appoggia si prende tutto il freddo del pavimento. Allora non è per niente adatto ai senzatetto oppure per dormire fuori se non si ha un materassino isolante

ne ho sempre uno con me quando pernotto in montagna. Mi da sicurezza qualora il sacco a pelo tradizionale non fosse sufficiente
