Sehr schönes Emblem. Passt wie die Faust auf Auge. Sehr schönes Schild, kein Schund. Bestell gleich noch eins für die Kofferraum Haube. Top Produkt.

I can't comment on the people who claim to have received knock-off emblems or emblems that don't fit properly, but what I received appears to be genuine. It came in a bag with the BMW logo and proper part number, and the emblem is identical in appearance, fit, and finish to the ones already on my E46 330ci. The new grommets went in without a problem and the new emblem seems to fit in just as snugly as the old, cracked one that I removed.

My roundel arrived nearly a week ahead of schedule. It is plastic, but that's okay. I get it. That's the world we live in. It is still high quality, and it looks fantastic. The fit is perfect, good and snug. You feel secure in knowing it won't just fall off when you're driving down the highway. Thanks Otto's.

THIS IS THE REAL DEAL! THE SELLER REPORTED COMPATIBLE BMW'S FOR THIS - AND - I FOUND THAT THE EMBLEM CAN BE USED FOR THE HOOD - AND - TRUNK, AT LEAST FOR A 1992 BMW 525i. THE EMBLEM IS CLEARLY NOT SIMPLY A DECAL ON A PIECE OF METAL. RIGHT OUT OF THE PACKAGE I KNEW IT WAS THE ONE - IT HAS TEXTURE OVER THE ENTIRE EMBLEM, AND YOU CAN TELL THAT IT IS ACTUAL PAINT THAT GIVES IT THE GENUINE COLORS. I DID A LOT OF RESEARCH, NAMELY I READ NUMEROUS REVIEWS ON THE DIFFERENT EMBLEMS TO GET AN IDEA IF IT WAS A KNOCK-OFF OR SOMETHING TO LOOK INTO. THIS WAS THE ONLY EMBLEM PRODUCT THAT HAD A MAJORITY OF GOOD REVIEWS. I ALSO NOTED THE PRICE WAS A RESPECTABLE AMOUNT MORE THAT MOST OF THE OTHERS' (THE DECAL KNOCK-OFFS); HOWEVER, I PERSONALLY FOUND THE PRICE TO BE MUCH LESS THAN I ANTICIPATED! I BOUGHT THE EMBLEM FOR THE HOOD LAST YEAR, AND IT STILL LOOKS GREAT WITH NO SIGNS OF DEGRADATION.FOR THIS PARTICULAR REVIEW, I BOUGHT THE SAME EMBLEM, BUT FOR THE TRUNK - IT WENT ON EASILY AND LOOKS GREAT!PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU SEARCH FOR THIS PRODUCT, YOU WILL NOT FIND IT UNDER "TRUNK", RATHER, SEARCH FOR "HOOD" FOR BOTH HOOD - AND - TRUNK.

This is the second hood emblem I've ordered for my car. The first one was nowhere near as good as this one. The top part of the previous emblem came off in a car wash, leaving me with just a silver circle on my hood. This one appears to be more solid and of different design. It is embossed instead of just glued to the backing. The grommets are also better and the emblem is more securely attached to the car.
