Einfache Installation
Reinigen Sie die Lenker. Installieren Sie den Brems (Schalt)griff, bestätigen Sie die Länge des Bremskabels im Lenker und fixieren Sie es fest mit dem Lenkerband.
Wickeln Sie beide Seiten des Lenkers gleichmäßig zur Mitte hin und halten Sie dabei eine bestimmte Spannung ein. Wickeln Sie das Band etwa 1 cm über den Lenker hinaus.
Wickeln Sie bis zum Ende und schneiden Sie die Fase ab. Fixieren Sie mit Klebeband.
Installieren Sie die Stopfen an beiden Enden des Lenkers und drücken Sie sie fest.

Mir fällt nichts negatives an dem Lenkerband auf. Wir haben hiermit unseren Kinderwagen neu umwickelt und es ist alles top.Das Griptape hält gut und fasst sich gut an. Es riecht nicht unangenehm.Wir sind zufrieden.

Hab das Band für meinen Triathlonlenkeraufsatz gekauft. Zäh beim Wickeln, dafür reisst es nicht. Das Material fühlt sich, fahre mit dünnen Handschuhen, sehr griffig und gut dämpfend an. Ich würd es wieder kaufen.

Stretch:This tape stretches well enough that installation is fairly simple.Thickness:2.5mm is average thickness. This is not a plush tape, but it is comfortable.Grip:Average. In dry conditions, this tape is plenty grippy. In wet conditions, this tape is sufficient, but could be better.Aesthetically:I love the black with red accents.Overall:This is very good tape, especially at this price point. As long as you don't want ultra thick tape, this is a good option.4 stars

Replacing handlebar tape is so satisfying. It can be a little intimidating, but it really is a job any cyclist should be capable of accomplishing. This tape has an adhesive strip. I recommend leaving it covered. This allows you to wrap and unwrap as needed to get the direction and spacing right. (The colored dots are a useful reference for overlapping.) If you don’t use the adhesive, it’s also easier to reuse the tape should you have to take it off to work on something. I did expose a few inches at either end for good measure, and I used the adhesive for the two short strips I cut to go behind the levers. The length provided was perfect for my set up. The tape also felt strong enough to stand up to some stretching as I put it on. The top coating is rubbery and very grippy. It’s priced right ($14 at time of purchase). I’ll consider using this brand again if it holds up. So far, I’m completely happy.

Hab das erste mal mein Lenkerband erneuert und es hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Band lässt sich leicht verarbeiten, fühlt sich angenehm an und sieht gut aus. Zur Haltbarkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen.

I like the slight stretch in this tape and also, generally, its appearance. Wrapping was fairly easy, through the necessarily rough handling of the installation caused the surface of the tape to wear off and fray in one spot. I expect I'll be re-wrapping my handlebars again (with another brand) by the end of the summer, because this material doesn't seem durable enough to last very long.UPDATE: July 14 2024, one day after I put this tape on. Today I rode 25 miles on the newly installed tape and within about ten miles the surface began wearing off the left handlebar (the right one survives, as you can see by the photo below). I had given this a three-star review, but I'm lowering it to one star. The final sentence of my review above proves prescient, except that I cannot wait till the end of summer. Need to replace immediately.

Das Lenkerband kommt sauber und ohne Beschädigungen. Die Farbkombi gefällt mir sehr gut. Die Länge ist ausreichend für eine komplette Lenkerwicklung, 2 Abschlussbänder und die Endstopfen gibt es ebenfalls dazu.Das Material erinnert an die bekannte Marke mit der Eidechsen Haut, nur eben um mehr als die Hälfte günstiger. Das Griffgefühl ist klasse, bisher immer nur glatte PU und Lederbänder gefahren, das hier greift sich auch gut bei Feuchtigkeit. Der Klebestreifen verzeiht die ein oder andere Fehlwicklungen, lässt aber natürlich nach wenn man es übertreibt mit dem Ablösen.Für den aufgerufenen Preis bin ich absolut zufrieden.Wie sich das Band auf lange Sicht bewährt muss sich zeigen, mein Ersteindruck ist jedenfalls sehr positiv.Sobald ich ein paar Kilometer zusammen habe werde ich diese Bewertung mit den neuen Erkenntnissen erweitern.
