This OEM product is far superior the aftermarket versions that leak and the O-ring falls out. As seen in photos, the cap is no longer yellow and being of a much better design, the O-ring does not fall out when the cap is open. Although it is a bit pricey, almost double the aftermarket version definitely worth the extra money to get the job done right and not have leaking oil all over your garage! PS Do not trim! clip cap on plastic cowling directly above.

Fit as it should. I had to cut about 2 inches off of it. The plastic on mine was black; would have preferred yellow as in description. Easier to see.

I installed this on my new Ariens Edge 34 at the first oil change. Not sure why it wasn't included as standard equipment with the Briggs Intek v-twin. I doubt it is any more costly than the plastic fitting and clear hose they provided. The engine is already set up for this hose with a place to attach the hose clip to the air shroud on the side of the engine.As you can see from the photos, the one I received is all black, not yellow as in the description. You must also purchase the hose barb that screws into the crankcase - Briggs part# 796532.
