We bought these as a gift for a family's first visit to Disney World. The quality is pretty good, although the stretchiness may be problematic if they use them for pin trading, but I liked them. I especially enjoyed the variety of choices in characters, as opposed to the small handful available at WDW itself.

Great quality, feels comfortable to wear on the neck. Material is very stretchy, comfortable to get keys to reach a door lock. Rapunzel's design is like the TV show version, not the movie. I use it to hold 4 sets of keys and still doesn't feel heavy when I wear it.
