Like many, we bought the CAME TV Kumunik8 headsets because we need on-set communications for our crews during productions. I've worked on plenty of big sets over the years and really like products like the Clear Coms. I was on a recent production that utilized the Clear Com four channel units and really loved using them. We looked the units I used up on-line though and they are $27,000 for a package with five sets. In other words, the price range for rental companies, but to own them, they were way, way out of our budget range.We also own a set of EarTecs, which are more in this price range, and while functionally they are good, they are much lighter in weight and construction than these Kumunik8s and we have found that the mic booms break almost weekly. We've become pretty adept at tearing them apart to fix the broken booms, but it's still a time consuming pain. So we purchased a set of five of the Kumunik8 single sided headsets. They are definitely built more robustly than the EarTecs and the sound and noise suppression is better too, they have more gain, which is important if you are going to use these in noisy environments as we often do.Last week, during a gig, our main camera op accidentally lifted the headphone off of his head utilizing the mic boom, instead of the ear cup, which broke off at its mount. We purchased this set in April so we were under warranty so I contacted the CAME TV Americas office to see how I could obtain repair. The manager offered to send us a replacement headset, which arrived, from China, two days later so that we would have a complete working set for our next gig which took place a day after the replacement arrived. I don't think the headset was defective, the cam op removed the headphone from his head utilizing the mic boom which is NOT the right way to remove any headset.We were so happy with CAME TVs responsiveness and service that we just ordered another set of four and the HUB so we will now have nine headsets for when we have larger crews. The headsets are well made, comfortable and sound good, the batteries last all day. The noise rejection is good too. I have been very happy with my experience with CAME TV products, I also own four 99Wh CAME TV V Mount batteries and we have the CAME TV V mount battery plate and top plate for our FX6.Most of the other Chinese products we own that have broken or needed service end up being disposable if they are outside of warranty, Zhiyun, DJI, Aputure, Godox all make fine products but if you have an issue after the sales, the response can range from none to a cursory, trying to help you obtain parts, service, etc. but no other Chinese company I have ever dealt with has been ass supportive and helpful after the sale. Based on this experience, I am very impressed with CAME TV and their customer support, which is literally as important, if not more important than the features of the product itself.I will be buying more CAME TV products in the future.

H社の半額以下で購入出来、バッテリーは汎用品使用可、持ちも8時間使っても半分程度、飛距離も条件がよければ600m、遅延無しと良い事づくめ。唯一、作りがチープでバッテリーカバーを外す時に爪を割らないか不安になる。マスター単体があると予備として置いておける

The seller responded to that review and went above & beyond to make things right, which involved refunding me for the new batteries and charger I had to buy. The headset itself is really good; very clear comms with little to no wind noise. It's a pity Amazon makes it so hard to contact sellers so we can avoid these situations in the first place.Original review below:Initially we were pretty happy with the headsets - we ordered 2 of them. After each use I recharged both batteries, however, during the 2nd use one of the headsets gave an audible "low battery" message (that just keeps going on and on and on). I recharged the batteries again and 1 was fine, the other one remained dead and gave the low battery alert after a few seconds of being turned on. Obviously, one headset without the other is useless.I cannot contact the seller and all Amazon offers is a stupid bot that is no help. Investigating a replacement battery, I also see I have been sent 3.6V batteries instead of the advertised 3.7V. The model of the battery advertised is a Cannon NB 6LH and I've been sent a NP BX1. I wanted to ask the seller if the NB 6LH will fit or not but alas they are unreachable.
