Took 3 of us about 3 to 4 hours to fit. Definitely need 2 if only to hold the ladder and/or help guide the panels in. It arrived weeks earlier than it said which was great. The grey is a lovely colour and it’s withstood gales, rain, freezing temperatures and light snow in the couple of months it’s been up. Looks good and strong. We purchased 3x3m I think it was and we have it over back door with sides of large dog pen in a u shape against back door that we can fold back and a couple of seats and table for us. The pup can get out of dog flap to go outside when we’re out. Diggly is protected from the elements without having whole run of garden and barking at nothing while we’re out or when we’re in bed. Instructions are excellent and logical. We’ve not fitted down spouts as the rain comes out of the ends of the gutter down holes over bushes. Would highly recommend. Please like if feedback useful so I know whether it’s worth writing then.

We've been looking for a replacement patio cover over the rear door for a few months and having read the reviews on this one we thought it would be perfect. We had restriction with the height because off the garage on the side of the house. Having worked out the details from the downloaded guide I thought even though it goes below the recommended height we should be ok. The product was delayed due to the current situation but arrived well within the estimated time, the courier was in contact all the time and updated us 1 hour before delivery.The fitting was easy given the great instructions and the quality is well worth the money would certainly recommend this product. As another review mentioned the gutter is not deep enough to cope with heavy rain fall but this was easily rectified by added L section aluminium strips in between the cross beams as shown in the photo's.Great product with great service, price is very good compared to other sellers. Very happy

So that we can use our patio during wet weather we wanted something more permanent than the parasol we have. Our first idea was to have a local builder make a wooden gazebo/pergola and fit some plastic roofing but then we saw this Palram product so decided to purchase that. We decided to get the builder to erect it while he was doing another job for us and he said it was easy to erect and a very well made item. We are extremely happy with it and he was so impressed he plans to purchase one.

A really great product. Delivered exactly on time by the courier with 2 guys - so no need for us to assist with this heavy item - that’s unusual nowadays! Well designed & manufactured - everything fitted exactly which made the install very easy. Even supplied extra screws which was handy when you drop & lose them.Well pleased with the finished item. Certainly would buy again!
