Ich habe nicht gedacht das es für den Detec Generator passen wird, aber die Maße haben übereingestimmt. Bein Original Verkäufer gab es ständig Probleme.Hab mit Einstellung ein bisschen gebraucht aber der Motor läuft wieder.Danke

When I received this coil, I immediatly mounted it on my GX390 engine. That was a mistake!Misfires all along. I had to use the emergency stop to prevent damage to the engine. I took the coil backoff, and started cheking it to find out what could be the issue. I should have done that before I mounted it...First thing to notice is that the coil is smaller in size than the Honda original, you can clearly see this when you compare them.(picture 1). I took out my multimeter and compared the coil to the Honda specifications (picture 2). Resistance of the primary coil is way to high, almost more than double! It should be between 0,8 and 1 Ohm. It measured 2,2 Ohm (picture 3).Resistance of the secondary coil is way to low. This should be between 5,9 and 7,0 KOhm. It measured4,7 KOhm (picture 4). The spark plug cap should measure between 7,5 and 12,5 KOhm. It measured 0,5 Ohm (picture 5). Your neighbours will love you for the radio disturbance this will produce. Conclusion is that this coil will not produce strong enough sparks for the larger types of Honde GX engines. The manufacturer has tried to compensate for this by mounting a spark plug cap with almost no resistance. This will not only produce radio disturbance, but will also throw off the ignition timing (if the spark plug fires, it will fire to early). I suspect that the manufacturer of this thing simply took the ignition coil for the smaller GX engines (GX 220 and smaller) and changed the mounting holes to fit the larger types.This probably explaines why there are many positive reviews of people with smaller engines like lawnmowers.For the larger GX types, this simply does not work. And for the smaller types it should also be a no-go, because of the radio disturbance it will produce...
