acquistata per sostituirne una della stessa marca sono rimasto parzialmente deluso. non certo dal materiale che ho trovato buono o la fattura anch'essa buona; cosa mi ha lasciato insoddisfatto e' che pur sembrando uguale a quella precedente, questa e' rigida quindi riesco ad utilizzarla solo su stoviglie senza bordo o con un bordo molto basso. forse quello che avevo io era un modello precedente o forse era difettoso (?), ma si piegava permettendo sia di " spatolare" che di sollevare pietanze da stoviglie con bordi alti.

I was not sure about this style but saw Gordon Ramsey using a similar one on TV. It works well if you are confident and depending on the type of food to turn. Brilliant for icing a cake.

Calling this an icing spreader does not do it justice. There are so many uses for it.

You can ice cakes with it. It's green. It's in a funky plasticky material. It's double ended. It arrived in a box. I like it.
