It is indeed waterproof. Not very thick but warm enough. The reason I did not give 5 star is that the color in reality is not as bright as the color in the picture. Color is not bad though. But not exactly same with the picture.

Ticks all the boxes for me.Fits nicely and covers everything I need it too.Hood is perfect size and stays up.Colour is flattering and matches most of my wardrobe.Most importantly for me, it's wind and waterproof without being heavy or bulky. I went for a walk last weekend that ended up taking me and hour and a half. It was windy and rained constantly, I was comfortably warm and the coat didn't leak anywhere. Delighted with this purchase and it's now my favourite coat.

Loved it!! I wore it with a thin dress and cardigan and I was not cold under the -1 degree snowy wetter. It holds rain and is highly protective from the wind. I bought one size larger. Might be okay with a normal size too but it will be better with thick clothes this way and no problem with it, only the back looks a bit lose.

This is a fabulous, waterproof and windproof warm jacket. I bought mine after reading the "Travel Fashion Girl" reviews and I am so happy with it. I have used my jacket during my 12 month round the world holiday (including Canada, Alaska and London). I feel the cold a lot and this jacket kept me warm and dry. I like the longer length at the back. It rained in Hawaii and my bottom half was still dry as the rain ran off it. I was concerned about it being white and travelling however it cleaned really well in the washing machine on a delicates/handwash cycle with delicates detergent. I also love all the pockets.Excellent jacket which I am very happy with.

Jacket is lightweight and warm. Wife and daughter really liked the colour and fit, so bought matching jackets.

I'm 5 foot-4, 130 lbs, and I got a small in mineral pink. This coat fit perfectly, and I loved the belt to cinch in the waist. It's just the right length, same with the sleeves, I love the extra zipper pockets, etc. The only thing I would change is that I would make the hood detachable. Unfortunately it's not, and when I zipped the coat all the way up and buttoned it at the neck, it felt a little tight. There are some little "bungie" like cords on the hood that I think I need to adjust to make it more comfortable but not a big deal. Love the pink -- I like colors other than black in the winter!

Great jacket, perfect for cold winters. Tested it at 0-5 degrees celsius so far, and it really kept me warm!It's stylish and super comfortable, and it really fits well (I'm 178 cm tall, so I sometimes have issues with this). The belt sits right on the waist and the sleeves are long enough.Some advice: careful with the size. I usually wear an M/38, but after reading some reviews, I decided to purchase an L, and I'm glad I did.The Dark Nocturnal color is so much prettier than in the picture.Totally recommend the jacket.
