Ich habe die fränkische Wurfaxt Franziska als Gag für eine gleichnamige Freundin gekauft.Wir haben dann nach einem morschen Baumstamm geworfen, aber sie drehte sich in der Luft und wir haben uns dann lieber nicht weiter lächerlich gemacht. Bestimmt könnte Übung helfen, aber wir bevorzugen jetzt die Variante „martialischer Wandschmuck“.

But I think this will be a very good throwing axe/hawk. Only problem is its winter where I live. Was a tad pricey but I think well worth it.

I own so many hatchets and axes, its a weird hobby of mine. This one is probably the best I own. It is also by far one of the most affordable. About 20% smaller size than I expected when I received it. However it is a comfortable carry and a proper thrower. I was originally put off by the size but have used this for over a year now and it is now my favorite craft axe. It looks great and works even better. You really cant go wrong here.

I threw it about 15 times, and the handle broke above the head? How do I get another one? It needed to be sharpened too. I still like it, just want to be able to buy more handles. Do that and you got 5 stars.

This axe is definitely one of the best axes I've owned. The workmanship on the head is fantastic and is fitted to the haft very snuggly. If I had one complaint it would be that the haft is a little thin, but given that it's designed as a throwing axe it makes sense. It definitely won't be felling any trees. Quick and light it is very comfortable to swing and throw.
