I often have trouble doing sit ups as I am unable to use my legs as counterweights. With this device, it makes things so much easier. Just place it under a door (I would recommend using the side the closes, rather than risk having a door accidentally open, aiming straight for your head) or some stable shelving and adjust as needed.It can also be placed higher for squats or potentially even higher for arm pulls. This is a great way to gently start arm curls or body pull ups as you are simply using your own body weight and it can be adjusted to allow for more easy or more difficult levels.A versatile and useful little piece of equipment
